Hello
Hey, I’m Tom Collins — a singer-songwriter from Bagillt, North Wales.
I’ve spent the last 10 years gigging in pubs, bars, and venues across the UK, doing everything I can to champion Welsh music and the grassroots scene I grew up in. This year, I’m setting out on my first UK tour — bringing my songs (and a bit of North Wales spirit) to stages around the country. Thanks for stopping by!
My Story
I’m Tom Collins, I'm a musician from Bagillt, North Wales, and I’m about as grassroots as it gets.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been gigging in pubs and bars up and down the UK, doing everything I can to put North Wales, and the music coming out of it, on the map. I grew up in a scene that’s constantly overshadowed by cities like Liverpool and Manchester, but there’s real talent here, and I want people to hear it.
In 2024, I was lucky enough to be featured in a BBC Wales documentary called Forever Running Backwards, all about grassroots music in North Wales. Since then, I’ve had airplay on BBC Radio Wales, BBC Merseyside, and BBC Introducing, and I've shared stages with artists like The View, The Sherlocks, Kyle Falconer, Andrew Cushin, John Power, and Ocean Colour Scene.

I even auditioned for The Voice UK once — no one turned around, but honestly, it just made me hungrier.

“This tour isn’t just about me — it’s about showing people that something special is happening in the small towns and backrooms of Wales. There’s real heart in this music.”
This year, I’m heading out on my first UK tour, playing small venues and pubs across the country, shining a light on Welsh music wherever I go. On May 8th, I’ll also be performing at Focus Wales in Wrexham — can’t wait to see some of you there.
